X-Men Ranma is Not a mutant

I was wondering are there any X-Men crosses out there with Ranma involved where he is not a Mutant. Maybe even one where they have him at Xavier's school and Dr H. Macoy and Jean Grey test and prove he isn't one in either form. Nothing against the stories I have seen but one where they determine that each of the forms is a normal non mutant human is something I haven't seen yet.

In Change of Power that could change since Ranma have been confirmed to have an inactive X-gen, or it could be that I'm mistaken it with another story.

Edit: by the way what does 'AA' stand for? I've seen it many times on this forum but I've never been able to find out what it stand for.

It could change... and the author has stated so, but as of the current chapter, it has not activated.

As for AA, it stands for Anime Addventure. It is a collaborative multi segmented story board. I use 'AA' in my own links as a designation and warning for *any* story originating there. This is due to the sheer unpredictability as to what if anything a story thread might be or might eventually cross over with.

Ehhh... it is not so bad, though some readers treat it with disdain. Quality can be inconsistent, but there exist good threads and storylines.

It can be a good place for writers to test the waters with their abilities. Typically, episodes (or additions) are short, add on to an existing storyline, and can be commented on. Since they are short, they can be updated fairly quickly. By having options at the end (generally 4-6), you can somewhat steer the story, and either add to them yourself, oir let others do so. If bad enough, a moderator may remove them and state why.

As for reading them, generally, I download all the episodes in a story thread and read them in numerical order. A more common way might be to get to a point you like, then have the site show all the episodes that led up to that point.

Since this is a search thread, I'm not gonig to comment further, or I risk mod intervention.

On topic, I suppose, the following might also apply, as he is not a mutant per se in either of them:

In this, I'm thinking mainly of his interactions with them in the Asuka storyline, as that is a heavy crossover with XMen.

I tend to see Symbiote the same as Mutant because really that is all Eddy Brock aka Venom has making him other than human. One question though in that Ranma Carnage one is the curse still active?

Shrugs... that was why I listed it the way I did. Feel free to not count it or count it. Technically, I figured since it is not the cause of a x or mutant gene, Ranma would not truly be a mutant, even if the capabilities would be similar.

One question though in that Ranma Carnage one is the curse still active?

Sniggers... yep. The below is from chapter 2, a flashback to his first change after getting the symbiote.

[Ranma. you are no longer male.]

Ranma froze and remembered the other passenger on board.

"Uh. yeah, heh heh."

[Why did you not tell me of this ability? Host Ranma classified as Bio- energy manipulator and shape shifter.]

"What!? No no no, it's a curse. I turn into a girl with cold water."

[I see. Host Ranma classified as Bio-energy manipulator and trans-sexual.]

Ranma visibly flinched at that. He heard enough of it at school. "Now listen here. I AM A GUY!"

[The breasts on your chest and lack of phallus speak otherwise.]

Ranma tasted the pavement again as his face slammed into the ground. "I was born a guy! This is a curse damnit!"

[So?]

Ranma was about to retort when he realized that he couldn't come up with anything to shoot back. "Uh, so. Stop calling me a girl."

[But you are a girl, Host Ranma. Are you delirious? Do you need medical attention? My analysis states that you don't but I am not familiar with human minds.]

Ranma jaw just hung open for a second as he juggled some words in his mind. "I am a girl now, but I am not a girl. Damnit! Don't you care that I turn into a girl!?"

[It is not in my parameters to judge my host by gender, only by their actions and personality. I find no change to my host in either category, therefore have no opinion. I do find it an interesting ability however; perhaps I can absorb it as well.]

EDIT: By the way, while not truly an XMen crossover, there is at least one other with Ranma gaining a symbiote. It was called 'Crippled Silver Nemesis' by Miriani.
