Naruto fics where the Uchiha clan isn't slaughtered

I've read a lot of AU fics that focus on Sasuke's angst over his clan's death, or that somehow change things so that he gets over it and goes on to live a happy non-revenge-obsessed life, whether it's because he met and befriended Naruto years earlier in the series, falls in love with Sakura, or was adopted by someone who loved him and showed him the error of his ways.

However, I've yet to read one that changes Sasuke's past in the most obvious way - by somehow preventing the Uchiha massacre. I have to wonder how having the clan that serves as the military police of Konoha survive might have changed canon. Would Orochimaru still have invaded? Would Sasuke still be obsessed with killing his traitorous brother? (Of course, considering that the entire clan was slaughtered by one person, I have to wonder if they would have made any difference in the invasion if they had been around - their actual strength doesn't seem to live up to their reputation).

So I turn to all of you for help. I'm looking for fics where the Uchiha clan isn't killed off by Itachi, or at the least, more of them than Sasuke survive his attack. Furthermore, the surviving Uchihas must have a noticeable effect on the plot, and preferably have at least a minor role in the story. Also, I would prefer if at least one of the survivors isn't an OC. I would also appreciate links to any fics that take place pre-Uchiha massacre, and where the clan is important to the plot.

It's been a long time since I've read this, so I may be incorrect but Naruto Fuujinroku has Sasuke's mother survive and appear quite often though Itachi kills the rest of the clan.

Itachi is prevented from killing the clan or torturing Sasuke, but still manages to kill their father. Sasuke still turns out to be a jerk, though. In some ways, worse than canon.

The massacre is prevented. Itachi's father is killed when he chases Itachi down and confronts him.

You missed an aspect, which this story covers. What happens to their reputation when the pride of the clan tries to murder them and turns missing nin?

Check. Sasuke's mother is a survivor. The clan survives, and leads the opposition to allowing Naruto life and freedom. They think of him as Kyuubi, and want him executed. They pass that opinion on to Sasuke, and even break the Third's law by telling Sasuke about the sealing. This results in Sasuke having two goals: killing Itachi and Naruto. It also results in him killing Sakura to gain the Mangekyo Sharingan.
