looking for a ranma and others get exiled

i remember a story someone was writing here about how ranma and others like sailor moon, devil hunter yohko and others like this are kicked out of not just japan but earth by jedite who takes control of the japanese goverment.

this is under the guise of using them as colonists to colonise planets and so those that are disruptive are placed on space ships to get rid of them as they could disrupt jedites plans.

of course other goverments start doing something similar though not with those disruptive to laws and such.

ranma and the group of people from japan land on a planet and star to explore it.

does anyone know what the story title was called? that and who was doing the story as i just remember it and felt like reading it again?
