Temple of Ranma's Sailor Senshi Seifuku

Weebee's Contrast Match with Ranma and Haruka engaged. One of the better character driven stories out there, but Weebee has been awol for the most part or starting/working on other stories.

I was under the impression that he had reached the end of an arc and wanted to write some other stuff before returning to it.

Unfortunately, I really cannot think of any stories other than Contrast Match that fit your description off the top of my head except for a discontinued story which wasn't long enough to mention.

Could have sworn there was a Ranma-Michiru one garnered from that crossover-creator thingy.

I know there are a few Setsuna and Hotaru fics which meet the Ranma/Outer requirement, but don't meet the Neptune or Uranus requirement.
The few Ranma/Neptune pairings I remember are mainly on AnimeAddventure.

And most of the ones on the addventure, at least that I remember, they are already married (though usually through a magical accident).

Yeah, it makes things more interesting. Though, I like it when Ranma still has the curse at least when he's engaged to one of them. That at least might make it palatable.

As for engagements to the Outers... I assume group engagements to all the Outers (like 'Awkward Consequences' by PsyckoSama, or 'Ranma and the Outers' by DaTexan), or to all the senshi are out.

It is mostly an issue with some of the random Ranma is married to an Outer threads on the Addventure, but I was referring to this dead fic in particular where he is engaged to Michiru but lacks a girl curse. Heir of the Lost Dynasty by HistorianoftheKais is a dead fic as stated by the author, but it does run a few chapters and has an engagement to Michiru.

I believe for the Faking It thread the desired one is this one though they aren't engaged if I remember it correctly. Though, it's been a while and I just found the start point for it.

Um fun stories but Moon Over Neptune doesn't even have the chapters getting to where Michiru and Ranma meet yet and he's the son of an alternate reality Male Usagi and Michiru. I'm not sure a "girlfriend" is ever going to be the result of that situation. Even if Bob Lobster does get back to writing soon.

Oops... that actually was the wrong story by Bob Lobster I mentioned. You can tell because the one mentioned was Ranma/Michiru... but I stated it was Ranma/Haruka. Here is the correct one. Told as mix of flashbacks and current time.

As for Faking It... Honestly did not think it would be that hard to find.
I never bother with individual episode links on stuff I read from AA since I've a good memory. But Ranma/Michiru starts in and around episodes 15503 and 37742.
