Temple of Ranma's Sailor Senshi Seifuku

There is a specific fic I've been looking for, it has Ranma leaving Nerima as a girl, going out to live with her mother I believe, and attending school in Juuban. There Ranma is befriended by Ami Mizuno and she later becomes a Candy Striper at a Hospital, meanwhile there's a carzy Yukaza boss who has a "hit" out on "little Red" as she's known to the public in the fic.

Sounds a little like 'Lord of Chaos' by Nemo Blank... he removed it from the internet years ago. But Ranma was not a candy striper, but worked in a bar beating up Yakuza as needed.
