I'm trying to recall a fic that had Ranma fall into a spring where his cursed form makes him a female Sayian from DBZ. He's really conflicted by the curse because while it makes him a girl, it also makes him considerably stronger than a human.

Doing a quick online search also yielded this. Though candor forces me to admit I've never read it so I have no idea if it is any good.
