A good one that I can remember, offhand, is XStylus' Interface. XStylus has a fanfiction.net account, but only one or two of the chapters are posted there. There were more published years ago, but I don't have any links for it, at the moment.

There was one where all the overpowered anime characters were in the Matrix with girlfriends to keep them happy as a side project and slowly introduce the idea of everything being controlled by computers. I think one had Ranma as a side project but it was mainly AMG. Forget what it was called.

This is what I mean. A story where the Ranma characters are digital beings, like the rogue programs or the agents. This way their lifes are still real and their strange adventures are more compatible with the serious drama of Matrix.
