Third time's the charm?

A few months back I read a Sailor Moon fic where the fight with sailor galaxia whent... badly. Usagi ended up using the silver cristal to send her consciusness all the way back to the beggining of the series. I think its name was something along the lines of third times the charm but I can't remmber exactly, and the serch function on FF.net is not being helpfull.
Anybody know what the heck I'm talking about?
