Anyone know of any stories where Spring of Drowned Twins is used?
Or even just the instant powder version?

I think it's used on Cologne in Perfect Lionheart's 'Hogwarts One Half'

It is used in Spoiled Brats. I really wish the author had finished the story instead of opening up a new plot thread at the end. He had been working on it every November, but didn't add any updates this year.
