Hmmm...
Ranma has worked in cafes a lot in fanfiction, but not really so much cosplay or maid cafes...
On the AA, Akane worked, or more accurately was sold, to a maid/cosplay cafe in 'Chained World - Rei' that was run by Yakuza.
Ranma and several brainwashed girls were supposed to open a cafe/teahouse of that sort I believe in anther AA thread.
