There's Sailor Moon Omoi, very old SM SI fic. Dates back to, like, prior to accurate translations of the Japanese original being available in North America - so canon's a little weird, some original, some accurate, some guesswork, some dub.

Read it a long time ago, and I recall it being pretty solid, and growing substantially more solid.

Though, note - Jupiter and her boy aren't the central characters.
