I wonder at times if some nations have any computers. Even the Ethopian Government had a web site for a little while so it's hard to guesstimate. But Trust me Acey you aren't the first person I saw typing from there. I just don't know how with the usual posting online is how you could tell most Irish posting from other English speakers posts. There's allot of camouflage out there when it comes to people who use the tongue.
