Afraid I can't be of any help with the Dr. Who, but you could try posting your idea in the Idea Folder, located here, if you have sufficient plot behind it, and ask if someone would like to write with you.
Do pay attention to the rules of the idea section, as I said earlier, they're mentioned in the main forum section in the subscript on the ideas folder.

Welcome to Fukufics Red Baron. Hm.. can't claim to know anything about Dr. Who at all so I am sadly unable to help with that. I believe that Metroid's suggestion is one of the better solutions. I hope you get the help you are looking for.

Thank you, that's exactly what I'm doing.
Course, I only need help with the Sailor Moon stuff, which to be honest I'm not all that interested in. I'm very knowledgeable on Doctor Who.

oi, snoopy. welcome to the realm of insanity known as 'fukufics'... as we possess 'spamville', we have all levels of crazy covered. if you got ideas... 'ideas' is where you stick it... just remember that five paragraphs are minimum for your idea... fics c+c is for all, so don't be afraid...
one rule (i'm not sure i've ever seen it written down anywhere) that's good to follow is: take nothing personal.
folks around here like to be honest (most of the time... of course spamville is another matter entirely :3 ) and that means that somethings said might just hurt. take the bad with the good and grow my friend.
as far as the 'dr who' thing goes... i am also amongst those that don't know much... i'm familiar with the series, but it's a passing glance at best. aside from that, anything i or anyone else here can help you with, we will.
