Index update error.

On the Forum Index page the Site Announcements thread does not update when there is a new post in it. And strangely after a new post is made all the comments on page 2 of the thread seem to return to unread. It is hard to guess what the cause might be but I think it almost has to be related.

Edit:Double check the dates in the top block of the index. Both Announcements along with Rules and Regulations are stuck in 2011.

The Announcements thread got two new posts today that I noticed only because that update shows on the thread posted to the top of every sub board. But it still has yet to reflect on the index link to that particular board.

Another odd thing. No matter what it is still considering all the posts on the page unread. I've read it multiple times twice today yet every new post they all return to unread.

Still not sure why its acting wrong but it just is.
