Continously asking to re-sign in

This morning I started seeing a problem. Every few minutes the forum is asking me to re-log or re-sign in... I had to re-sign in first thing, which did not think an issue as occasionally this forum can lose its log in cookie for me, and I've figured out a bug in the forum that can cause it to do so when I want... but when I made a post, it made me re-sign in to make it, then I came back a bit later and it asked again, then made my weekly partial update post and made me do it *again*... I cam back to make this post and it did *not* ask...

Since my computer has been reset a week ago I do not think it due to that or would have seen it all week.

I'm on Windows 7 and IE 10, all updates installed.

Daylight Savings time, Your computer is adjusting to what it currently is but the server for the site is on an older setting for it. That is making it so your cookies saying you logged in are claiming an impossible time. Impossible = invalid.
