Problem with "View new posts"

When I go to "View new posts" I keep getting the same three posts: "Combining Uniforms - 2.0" (latest post listed as "by J. St.C. Patrick Sat Jul 21, 2018 2:01 pm", "Posting Error" and "THis place seems dead", latest post in both by Cheb, very early Saturday morning. I've been there several times.

Something is wrong with the part where the board tells itself I've already seen those. I've been logged in all along.
