Temple of Ranma's Sailor Senshi Seifuku

Two big things wrong with this and one minor problem. (the actual outline-ish thing is in need of clarifying what its about earlier.)

First - the amount of forethought in the link makes this more an outline then an actual idea. An idea is more something a paragraph would cover. This would be about three solid pages of full fleshed out idea.

Second - This is only has a link. Better then this is expected.

Finally. while normally I would flag an admin to move this I think as its only a link it could be recreated properly in outline and scenes section with an actual description in at least one paragraph with the link for more information.
