Bubblegum Crisis X Ranma

I recently rediscovered bubblegum crisis, and was surprised that there was almost no crossovers of the two. I was curious if anyone knew of or had any that they would like to share.

I think there's at least a dozen floating around; a bit more if you count all of the Just Won't Die installments separately.

I only ever read two or three, myself. The only one that really stuck in my mind, unfortunately, I can't recall the name of, and a brief search of summaries didn't ring any bells. In it, Ranma is Nene, having lost her memory up until the point where the story begins. And there was something about Saffron attacking in revenge, which caused that event-that-I-forgot-the-name-of to happen in Tokyo?

The story was I'm pretty sure 'The Bubble Burst'. The event you are likely thinking of is the great Kanto quake of I think 2024 or 2026. It so ruined parts or Tokyo that even in BGC 2032 and BGC 2040 parts of the city were still broken. In that story, supposedly it was Ranma and Saffron fighting that made the quake happen, or was the real cause of it.
