Senshi captured, call captor "ecchi", initial SM pointed out

I'm trying to recall what fic had a joke where a villain captured one or more of the original three Senshi, and the captured senshi comments that tying girls up is kind of ecchi.
The captor counters with something along the lines of "Accusations of ecchi comeing from a girl who dresses in an absurdly short skirt, and goes around proclaiming how she is going to 'punish you' while all three of you are using the initials S&M."
