Prophecy about Hotaru befriending Chibi-usa

I want to find the Sailor Moon fic I read back in the late '90s or early 2000's that had somebody giving Hotaru Tomoe a prophecy at the start of the Death Busters activities when Hotaru complains about not having friends and people being weirded out by her ability to heal by laying on hands.

The prophecy was something along the lines of "You can trust the little pink rabbit, she will not shy away from a person who heals her".

I think it was on Usenet or FFML.


I'm pretty sure the person in question was an OC or a crossover character, or a SI who knew who Hotaru was and didn't want to interfere in anything that might screw up the timeline so that Pharaoh 90 wins, but I can't recall. It's been so long I could be completely wrong and it happens that the person in question was Setsuna Meioh.
