I was watching the Korean melodrama 'Yellow Boots' for the past couple days where one of the supporting leads; an experienced lawyer, in order to cover up the hit-and-run accident his daughter (the main antagonist) committed, scapegoats his soon-to-be stepdaughter (the female lead) for the crime and sends her to prison.
So, it set me thinking: just how impartial is Queen Serenity? Would she be like the main antagonist's father; willing to do just about anything to cover up her daughter's wrongdoings?

She'll be as impartial (or not) as the plot requires. There just isn't enough pukka gen for a better statement.
