First, PixelWriter1 wrote "A Day of Boredom" which ValentineMeikin borrowed and made into "The Domino Effect". Both versions have Ranma inventing KMR (Ki-Magnetic Resonance — don't know how correct that term would be). He calls it Martial Arts Lost Property Location, anyway.

Mou! Now I really have to make a shortlist of fics where Ranma performs some feat or other of learning.
