You might find this wand has been anticipated in El Goonish Shive. It's a webcomic with more bodyforms (male and female) than the entire Nerima crew could manage, even with the passersby like Pantyhose Tarou. The link is where the wand comes out for its first appearance. I will note that the wandmaker in question started out the strip in 2002 as a guy. These days (s)he, like fanfic Ranma, enjoys the pleasures of both sides of the gender divide.
