If nothing else, you can get an idea of what German mid-1950s fashion looked like. It is also, I believe, one of Quelle's last catalogues with both photographed and hand-drawn pictures.
The book also has a description of the game and a short summary of the game rules. It won't make me a baseball fan, but it gives me a wee bit more understanding of this apparent muddle of balls, bats and numbers.
