I don't know if there are any copies of this on the Web -- but I have a scan. It's the schematic in the April 1956 copy of Popular Electronics, the article Earl Bakken got the schematic from for the very first Medtronic pacemaker. It was a prototype, but C. Walton Lillehei put it into use that very day. I've had it open and looked at its circuits, and it had quite a few modifications as it went along. The illustration is much larger - just click on it.
