What does Livewire do again? I just stabbed you, I'm standing right next to you.

'Taking a break from the internet' is always an odd concept to me.

Also, yesterday was my birthday. Another year older. Whoo...

"Tell me about it. Feels like I haven't accomplished anything at all in the past week and a half. So tired...

To answer Lio's question to Callista, 16 oz. Livewire bottles are electric bursts. Also, she doesn't have to be standing away from you to throw something at you. Try and figure that out."

I understand that Curt, but given the range isn't she in area off affect? Also it's more of a toss than a throw. Still I didn't run away after I stabbed her so tossing anything explosive seems like a bad idea.

Also can we agree that time is paused in character while we're sorting this out. Not my intention to just blow off the attack. If it's got enough voltage to kill a person then it definitely off line my digital form.

"Heh... wouldn't be the first time something like this happened to her. Let's see... Livewire's area of effect ain't the greatest, but she'd still get some of the voltage due to proximity.

And sure, we can consider this a pseudo-time freeze of sorts. No issues there.

Also, I've got a list of her soda's effects here. Figured I might as well, since I don't have it listed in her dossier here:"

Code: Select all
NOTE: The strength of each flavor increases with the size of the bottle.

--Mountain Dew--

REGULAR: Causes an explosion akin to a thermal detonator. The Throwback/Real Sugar variety can cause a minor electrical fire in addition to this.

CODE RED: Creates fireballs if thrown. If shaken, then held and opened, it functions as a flamethrower.

LIVEWIRE: Creates a violent surge of electricity. 2-liter bottles have a chance of dropping lightning strikes.

BAJA BLAST: If thrown, it deluges the target with water. If shaken, then held and opened, it acts as a large fire hose. Either way, this is good for triggering Jusenkyo curses.

PITCH BLACK: Creates a short-lived black hole. Has limited range.

VOLTAGE: Combines the powers of ice and electricity. Works very well over a wide area.

REVOLUTION: Influences the minds of low-level mooks and causes them to follow the user's orders for a short while. The effects depend upon the mental strength of the target(s) and the charisma of the user.

SUPERNOVA: Rapidly displaces the air at the impact point, causing anyone and anything within range to get violently thrown away.

WHITE-OUT: Temporarily erases a target from reality. When the effect reverses itself, the target may continue on with his business without realizing what happened.

DISTORTION: Causes time to slow down at the impact point, effecting the target and anything in the vicinity.

TYPHOON: Traps the target in a tornado. If shaken, then held and opened, it blows away everything in range with high winds.

DIET ULTRA-VIOLET: Exposes the target to heavy ultraviolet radiation. This will result in uncomfortable burns, at the very least.

GAME FUEL: Acts as a fragmentation grenade. This effect was discovered by Metroidvania at Spamville in fall 2007.

SPIKED LEMONADE: Only works when thrown against the ground. Spiked stalagmites erupt everywhere within a 15-meter diameter.

FROST BITE: Releases an ice storm.

LIBERTY BREW: Effects are completely randomized. It was initially thought to fire a tri-colored blast of electricity, ice and fire, but this has since been disproven.

--OTHER--

A&W ROOT BEER: Acts like regular Mountain Dew, but typically waits 10-30 seconds before detonating. If the beverage is stored for more than a year, the timer increases. The only standalone flavor dangerous to the user if consumed.

DR. PEPPER: Only works if consumed. Will heal whoever drinks it, both physically and mentally. The Heritage variety is strong enough to cancel out over-abundances of Color energy, keeping them at safe levels. It can also restore low levels of said energy to their normal amounts if the user so desires.

FAYGO ROCK 'N' RYE: Fires a volley of fireworks. Good for celebrations.

FAYGO MOON MIST: If consumed at sundown, this allows the person to stay awake through the night without any ill effects. Once the person actually does go to sleep, however, they will more often than not stay asleep twice as long as they would otherwise intend.

SUNNY DELIGHT and SUNKIST (all varieties): Exposes the target to solar energy.

HAWAIIAN PUNCH (all flavors): Hits the target with a giant fist.

COCA-COLA, PEPSI, and VERNORS GINGER SODA: Highly acidic. Pepsi's Throwback/Made With Real Sugar variety is even more so. The 'Pepsi Strong Shot' variety is able to eat clear through titanium alloys.

SUICIDE DRINK: Flavor combinations don't combine effects (see below for exceptions). Instead, when thrown it erupts into an incredibly thick and syrupy quagmire that bogs down a target while simultaneously dealing damage. In battle, it can reduce health while enhancing all other abilities.

GATORADE (all flavors): Spawns an elemental alligator when mixed with Coke or Pepsi.

POWERADE: Spawns an elemental heavyweight boxer when mixed with Coke or Pepsi.

"In all fairness, a chunk of these were never used in Spamville proper. Some of them, like the Liberty Brew, were just behind-the-scenes stuff... you know, like Callista testing the stuff out at Infra Station. Others were just used once or twice and then never again."

"Just the standard ones, far as I can remember... Muffinville was more Ambush's territory than Callista's. Regular, Code Red, and Livewire. Speaking of that last, it's nonlethal to anything that's not a mook, though it'll still be electrifying."

So what does monster varieties do...or bang...or reign for that matter...(I’d ask about white claw as well but since it’s alcoholic based I’d assume it’s a Leathal weapon of the projectile kind)
