So I recently tried the new coconut flavored Dr. Pepper, as well as the Peach Pepsi and Cherry-Lime Sprite.

Also tried a Hatch Chili & Lime flavored soda.

Peach Pepsi isn't too bad. Lime Pepsi... just largely tastes of Pepsi.

An update on my Violet run: I'm in the midst of facing off against the Elite Four and Geeta. Team is all around levels 60-65 or thereabouts: Meowscarada (Magglio), Dragonite (Calvin), Gardevoir (Amelia), Luxray (Rallyburg), the storyline Iron Treads (Tankephant), and Vaporeon (Jetstream). Taking a break on it for now, will resume it tomorrow."

Meowscarada is a really fun design.

"In retrospect, I probably could've named mine after John Scarne instead. Mr. Scarne was an expert on cards who pulled double duty as a stage magician, and that's the kind of look Meowscarada reminds me of.

"Anyway, while I have most of the Pokedex for Paldea and Kitakami cleared, I'm not going to worry too much about completing it outright. I'll just focus on what I can get and call it good (though the Tera Raids have been helping me a fair bit by giving me Pokemon I otherwise would've needed to get via trade evolutions). I've just gotten started on the Indigo Disk and I have a ways to go before I finish that storyline."

"Yeah. More fun than I thought I would have, to be honest. I just have the Mochi Mayhem epilogue to go now, but I'm taking a short break from Pokemon to deal with other concerns first.

On a side note, Konoko, I had what I thought was an honestly amusing experience. Recently on Discord, someone sent me a friend request. Didn't recognize the name or the avatar, and he wasn't on any of the servers I'm currently on. The whole thing reeked of Complete Strangerdom, so I rejected the request. A few minutes later, I got a dislike on my most recent video, along with a comment that said---and I quote---'No one cares what you have to say'. The commenter's avatar was the same one I'd seen shortly before. Needless to say I ended up erasing his comment and muting him.

I don't know why, but I couldn't bring myself to be mad at the guy. If anything, it was so pathetic that I started laughing to myself. If the other person's default reaction to being rejected is to try and lower my self-esteem---which is already low, no need to sugarcoat that fact---then it's not likely that he would've made a good friend anyway. "

Yeah, sounds like they were an incredibly petty little baby. Good that it didn't bother you at all, but silly that they were that butthurt over such a thing.



Oh yeah, remake of the Ranma anime has been announced, to air in October.
