I'll try my hand at one.....
Path of Chaos: Ascension to Supremacy

Ranma: What? Happosai's used a magical object, I get teleported into Dragonball, and somehow recieve saiyin DNA, and level my way up in the DBZ universe?

Ranma: I get a time machine to travel back to my normal time?
(He does)
Ranma: I now hate Akane for being a hypocrite!
(He does)
Ranma: I defeat Saffron, and on the way back, and am the son of Tokimi?
(He does, and is)
Ranma: I travel to Juuban, and get into a fight with the Senshi that breaks off once I pound on them a little?
(He does)
Ranma: I get teleported into the past, the future, and all across the multiverses/various game and anime worlds, meeting/wooing girls, and pissing off others, and somehow end up being Chaos, a thrid element to Kami and Hild, and the later was originally my love, and some bad forces that I originally sacrificed myself to stop are coming back?
(He does all of the above)
Ranma: Wait a second! I get so many new powers it's not even funny?
(He definitely does)

And that's about all for now, seeing as it's a work in progress.
This may be editted when I get more info/have more time to specialize in individual aspects.

Very inaccurate.
Minako is the 'I want to seduce all the Senshi' girl.
This is an alternate and much more free and sensual version of the Senshi, the constant sex threw me at the start until I got my head around this.
Besides I don't think Rei getting punched in the face by Makoto counts as having sex and she hasn't gone near Hotaru or Setsuna.
Ranma is the best guide to this new world, he's disturbed by the much more casual attitude towards sex but accepts it as part of a different reality to his.
I like "On a clear day' as much as I like your work and found it a very well written look at a sadder and wiser Ranma in a world with characters who are very different to what we are used to.

Given the theme of this thread, if you don't like a synopsis, then do one of your own about the fic that you think is better. Don't just complain about it.
Sunny demonstrated a variation of that when he wrote a replacement line, but admitted the rest of the synopsis was accurate. Given that it's his fic being reduced, that's acceptable. It would probably feel a bit awkward to do this to one of your own stories. ^_-

On a clear day you can see forever
Ranma travels dimensions and ends up on a world with Sailor Senshi.
He does.
Everyone on his world was killed by a demon invasion leaving him sadder and darker.
They were.
Ranma survived when he found a key that lets him travel dimensions.
He did.
This world is very different from ours.
Rei, Minako & Usagi pop their heads out of bed, "It sure is!"
Rei had a vision of Ranma bringing death to Usagi.
Rei studies Ranma suspiciously, "I did!"
Some very powerful and nasty types want the key.
Powerful and nasty types, "We do!"
The latest chapter has things coming to a head and ends with a cliffhanger but a new chapter seems to be close.

Harry: That's great! BTW, would you like to be my girlfriend?
Later on...
Harry: Hi, Ron. I can't compete in the Tri-Wizard because of injuries. Would you like to take over for me?
Ron: Really? Sure!
Harry: Thanks! BTW, Hermione and I are now dating. Would you please sign this magical contract which will make you fart uncontrollably whenever you get jealous about this?
