You only need a permit if it is a silly walk. There's nothing the least bit silly about walking away from the Black Knight. Or the Black Plague, for that matter.

Unless you're actually running away. Oh look, it's Brave Sailor Robin!

One thing I notice is that on most of these, your the bow on the front is usually small and somewhat diamond-shaped, instead of big, fluffy and rounded in the manner usually used on magical girl costumes. In the shows, the chest bow usually hides whether or not the girl has any development.

Rosette's canon phrase is 'Bring peace to the lost lamb, grant rest to the fangs of the wolf, and deliver the Hammer of God unto the Devil', but I'm not sure how to translate that into Senshi-monologue. I didn't even try to translate Yomiko's 'May paper always be with you' when I proposed Sailor Paper.

I can see her ammo pouches, but where's her gun? I know that those images provided showed the .45 automatic she used for most of the series.

I think it would be best if the chest bow was centered around the watch Rosette wears around her neck. That watch is a critical plot and character point for Chrono Crusade, as it links Rosette and Chrono. Chrono's powers are powered by Rosette's life force, and the clock, rather than measure how much time is left in the day, measures how much time is left in her life.

She needs a really big ruler.

The character that design was based on never used a ruler. She used a .45 automatic, a tommy gun, at one point a single-barreled shotgun, and at the end of the manga she upgraded to a laser pistol.

she upgraded to a laser pistol

In the 1920s? Didn't know we'd gotten that far... :)

I know that she uses guns but She's a NUN. Marines have KBARs, NUNs have rullers okay.

Not Sister Rosette and her friends. They are combat clergy. The only thing they might use rulers for is to measure the size of what's left after they're finished with you. Just about the only "ruler" they'd carry is the kind you find on multipurpose knives.

Remember, manga canon states that the demons were descended from aliens that crash-landed on Earth over 10,000 years ago. The Elder probably made the tetragrammaton (And its big brother, the Metatron) by reverse engineering their technology. Doing that to make cybernetic implants is how he kept Remington able to pass himself off as 27 when he was at least 70.

The tetragrammaton was much more powerful than the .45 Gospel rounds. After Genai blocked a Gospel with his forearm, taking no damage whatsoever, he tried that again with a blast from the tetragrammaton - and the shot vaporized his left arm at the shoulder, his left leg above the knee, his left wing and part of the left side of his torso.

To make the comment somewhat on topic, the tetragrammaton cannon looks like a revolver with the grip angled away from the barrel (I'd say that the angle from the base of the grip to the tip of the barrel, taken at the trigger guard, is about 135 degrees). Where the bullets would go in a revolver, there is a power cell shaped like a large, fat, transparent bullet.

Another idea - taken from this quote from Emperor Ranma of Mongo:

"She's drunk," realized Mercury as she scanned her princess. "Oh my goodness, she's got a blood alcohol level of 0.25%! I'm surprised she's not in a coma."

"Thish'll just take a minute," Usagi confided to the sleeping giant monster.

"Grkk," managed Sailor Mars.

"Moon Power Maid Up!" (Transform!)

Several eyes got very wide at the resulting uniform.

"How can she walk, that drunk, and in high heels like that?" Venus asked.

"You haven't told us we had transformations like that," Uranus said to Pluto, wondering how the guardian of time would look in that outfit.

"I didn't know we did," said Pluto, wondering how Usagi had managed it.

"Dustie dustie dustie dustie," said Moon Maid as she applied her featherduster in an unsteady manner to the tip of the giant monster's tail.

Good catch - For this series of drawings the bow problem started with the Imperial Sailor (Senshi Sith). I keep meaning to change the bows as I'm working on the drawing but they never quite get back to the size of the original drawing, Sailor Sedai, which was done for Ellf.

In the revised drawing below I've increased the bow size.

Hmm. perhaps:

In the name of the holy mother moon I will smite you!

I've added the holster (which is actually behind her so only the tip is showing).

As for the gun, I can't seem to find a large clear picture of it - the one provided obscures part of it.

If you can find one for me, I'll add the gun.

Good idea. It's been added.

Here's another image that shows the automatic from a different angle. The cross-tipped tube under the barrel contains a grapnel line.

The laser pistol Rosette uses in vols 7 and 8 of the manga doesn't show up in the anime at all, so I can't provide an image of that. You might be able to see it if you can find the cover picture of volume 7 online, but that showed it from a terrible angle.
