That and you mentioned he was young. Say if he was just slightly older than 'Ranko' is in the present, one of the reasons he could not summon the light hawk wings, its possible that they would not have recognized him at all. There are a fair variety of people in the Kurumitsu family (Genma is lazy, Soun is really tranquil, etc etc)

However its a nice touch. Remember even getting to ten wings took RANMA ten thousand years. I would assume even knowing how to get there, the power necessary means that even summoning one is far beyond Ranko is present day Tokyo. She is powerful after her training but not Lighthawk Wings powerful.

Hmm, you have to explain why Arashi is not considered one of the 'lost ones' the 'only Kurumitsu's to have died.' Is his body in perfect health waiting for his soul, or is there another reason. Will Enma recognize Naruto?

Enma will suspect. I plan for it to not be found out (Minaho will insist on being the Jurai representative to welcome the guests to Earth in hopes her son was among the chosen, or to get news on him) until Naruto sneaks aboard a ship that seems to be calling him, the ship Arashi is still in stasis on, docked aboard PI.

Timeline, I want this to be PTS. So I am waiting to see if Sasuke gets dragged back to Konoha or not.

Minato Namikaze: Is actually Arashi Kazama Kuramitsu.
Kushina Uzumaki: Is actually Minaho Masaki Jurai.

Reason: They fell in love during several functions between Jurai Empire and Seniwa. However, they knew such a relationship would be opposed and any children resulting from it would be used as political pawns.

Just a curiousity here but how would their marraige be apposed with any credibility. Lady Seto is already listed as Ranma and Nabibki's daughter-in-law through one of their sons(not sure which), this I believe also put Misaki, Ayeka, and Sasami as direct relations to Ranma and Nabiki as well.

Frankly i think my brain is going to burst thinking about this family tree.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea just wondering HOW they could oppose it when it's already been done. I can honestly seeing them eloping to get away from the pressures of the two families.

I have to feel a little sorry for Naruto when he meets Lady Seto or Hild, you just know his mouth is going to get him into trouble, and being single isn't going to help his case either.

That's what catches me. I could claim times have changed, add to that Mihoshi's own interest in Tenchi. Plus, they never stated when the old prejudices that made Yosho leave Jurai finally died.

Other than that, I would be left with "they wanted a life to themselves, without political pressure from any side.
