Hmmm... well... recently on FanFiction.NET I remember coming across one that had Makoto born from Ranma and a Youma, making her 1/2 youma. Can't remember te name though.

Another series I read and rather liked is Sailor Moon Expanded Stories which star a group of youma. The Senshi themselves play little in the scale of the series.

Warning, gratuitous crossings. Even if not quite as you'd expect. Examples include, the youma who's a Trekkie.
