Need help on my Story Outline (more details inside)

Below is a very basic story arc outline for my latest work The misadventures of Vampyr. It starts out in the X-men Evolution Cartoon. I know this could more likely belong in the Fic research or Fic Idea's area but, considering it's a cartoon not and Anime or Manga I thought it best to be placed here.

Introduction Arc:

Introduces the main character and some of his family namely his father and two uncles. When the main character arrives in Bayville he run afoul of a group of new students of Bayville high who turn out to be the latest Xavier’s gifted students three are introduced at the school while he meets another in a junk yard. As the main character engages the new mutants he is wounded in such a way that would kill a normal person. While everyone is in shock in fatal accident the hero of the story heals. This arc mainly focuses on the main character meeting the cast of X-men Evolution along with some new faces listed below.

(I need ideas for who else to introduce though a very young Bishop will make a cameo)

Sentinel Arc:

The arc title says it all. Nimrod from the not to distant future arrives and reprograms the sentinel’s in SHEILD’s care. The Sentinel’s attack the Institute and the brotherhood get dragged into the brawl. The X-men and Brotherhood eventually through the time traveling Bishop whom they met a younger version in the intro arc find and defeat Nimrod damaged he is escapes.

Christmas Filler arc:

The cast of the fic go in hunt of Christmas presents for there loved ones and eachother and in some cases themselves (basicly pointless filler till the next arc). All the while a mysterious benefactor is recruiting villains.

Avengers Assemble Arc:

Doctor Henry Pym and his wife Janey Pym a former student of Xavier’s arrives in Bayville to give a speech at a science symposium. Meanwhile a new student arrives in Bayville and he loaded like Warren’s loaded! Also attending the symposium is none other than Bruce Banner also as a guest speaker. Covering the symposium is the Daily Bugle reporter Peter Parker. The brotherhood crash the party only for the party crasher to get crashed by none other then Masters of Evil lead by Baron Zemo(or another villain if you guys have any ideas.) The brotherhood and the X-men once again get mixed up in the mess and some of them become honorary avengers.

Horror Arc:

Tony Stark with his funding builds a mansion for his new team though the members that are X-men and Brotherhood rarely stay for various reason mostly because there uncomfortable in the public eye. People start popping up dead there bodies mutilated the Avengers and their allies investigate finding a allies in the form of Two knights. One the wielder of Ebony blade whose pedicure was a member of Masters of evil. The other Knight from the realm of Makai going to by the name ODIN(crossover with Garo). During the Arc the lead character discovers he has connection to ODIN who dislikes our hero. Be Arcs end ODIN Release a monster called a Behemoth King which is said to be equal in power to Living Gate! This arc also hints to our Hero being the true bearer of the title of ODIN!

Six arc(working title will change if you have ideas):

Someway and somehow our main character gets a bounty placed on his head and guess who gonna try and collect. The Six Pack of course lead by Cable. All is not as it seems when the brotherhood manages to take down one of would be bounty hunters Domino. Xavier and Magneto get involved somehow and both end up in hospital hurt but, they’ll live. Xavier bed ridden starts to receive telepathic distress call from outer space. After the Brotherhood uncover the truth (Cable is not Cable and placed a false bounty out) a space ship crashes into the Brotherhoods back yard beginning the next arc!

Brotherhood in Space Arc 1:

The Telepathic distress call leads Xavier to the deposed Princess of the Shi’ar Empire whose in the care of all people the brotherhood! Somehow someway the brotherhood and a small group of X-men depart the planet. Before they leave Xavier leaves the remaining X-men in the care of his old friend Magneto who by now has patched things up with Charles. The Starjammers a group of intergalactic Pirates helps them on their way to the Shi’ar throne world!

Brotherhood in Space Arc 2

The Brotherhood realizing that dodging Shi’ar patrols and other beings is not an easy task especially when you accidently board the wrong ship while getting Supplies especially if said ship is also heading for a heap of trouble in opposite direction! The Brotherhood encounters another group of travelers head for Juryai space in hopes clearing there own names and Stop a evil usurperer from the throne. (It’s the Brotherhood meets the cast of Tench in Space!)

Brotherhood In Space Arc 3:

As they say out of Frying pan into the fire Once again after celebrating there victory over the Usurper to the throne of Juryai the Brotherhood catch a transmission from the Mad man D’ken that the X-men and Starjammers are to be executed in three days the Brotherhood bids Tenchi and his family farewell and goes to stop D’Ken. By the time the brotherhood arrive Jean’s latent Omega level powers have awakened and She and D’ken whose merged with M’Kran crystal are having a brawl that could rip reality apart. The brotherhood force there way into the Shi’ar cruiser and manage to hold off the Imperial Guard long enough to free the X-men and Starjammers and what was loosing battle turns around. With Superhuman effort even for them the Starjammers, imperial guard, X-men, and Brotherhood force themselves into the M’kran crystal. A duel to death ensue’s between D’ken against everyone else. To Seal the rift created by the M’Kran Crystal Jean and our intrepid hero sacrifice themselves.

Dark Homcoming Arc:

Still mourning the loose of Jean and the apparent coma of the main character. The two teams return to find the brotherhood boarding house Demolished, the Mansion cleared out of any tech, and those that had remained behind missing! As the two teams gather to pool there information they are attacked by Prime Sentinel’s a new breed of sentinel’s. The teams are rescued by none other than the real Cable who takes them to Genosha. There Magneto informs the teams of what has happened while they where way. The teams Devide and Conquer one by one taking out Bastion’s bases whom they latter learn is amalgam of Nimrod whom they had defeated and the Mastermold Sentinel created by Trask. The Teams dive farther into the Mysteiry they discover Bastion isn’t calling the shots!

Apocalypse rising Arc:

After Defeating Bastion the team is rewarded with a messege from an old enemy Apocalyspe whose agents the Dark Riders have infiltrated Genosha and infect a Madolyne Pryor with A techno-organic virus. Madolyne has been caring for Scott and even has his Unborn Child. Bishop and Vampyr stop the agents from killing Madolyne only to find out that she’s gone into premature labour due to the virus. Bishop Takes the child into his future in hopes of saving the Child’s life from the virus which had transferred to the boy. Before Bishop leaves Madolyne names the Child Nathan Summers. The teams return and Scott takes the news hard. The Dark rider’s disappear taking Madolyne with them. The team goes on various missions and discover that Stryfe is Nathan Summer’s clone putting two and two together the teams realize there ally cable is none other than Nathan Summers. As they continue to lay siege to Apocalyspe’s plans they eventually take him on themselves and Stop him. Apocalyspe’s reveal’s that Madolyne is actually a clone of Jean.

Epilogue

Picking up the pieces is hard as Madolyne starts having flashes of memory and power and Cable leaves with a few of New Mutants forming X-force. The Brotherhood say there goodbye’s as a few of there own leave disbanding the team. Each person goes there own way in hopes a of meeting again. Vampyr leaves for Tokyo to train for Upcoming martial arts Tourney.

There you go thats the outline. Now what I need from you all is Chapter Idea's and what Characters to involve. I'm trying to keep the number of OC's to minimum of one that one being my central character Vampyr. If you have any ideas feel free to comment. If You have any questions feel free to ask.

First Off I need help with the introduction arc's characters as you can see above aside from normal cast intorduced in the show I'd like involve more of the comic characters.
