Are there any stories out there where the Tsukino family is related to the Tendo Family? I see many fics where Usagi and Soun have similar crying styles so has anyone done one where they actually are blood relatives?

First; Where do you get these ideas?!
Secondly, I've never, ever, seen a fic where the Tendo's are related to the Tsukino's. I could be wrong.
Closest would be where Mamoru is a Tendo and gets engaged to Ranmachan.

I have an overactive imagination. Sadly it moves too fast for me to ever actually finish an idea for something that would take time to do.

But wouldn't it be fun if someone did make it so that Soun was once a Tsukino and married into the Tendo clan taking on the name? Then the waterworks could be claimed as an aspect of Genetics.

I'm positive I've seen at least a couple where the Saotomes and Tsukinos are related (Nodoka and Kenji being brother-sister I think was one), but Tendo? That's an amusing connection and I'd love to read one

There are allot of Saotome connections with the Tsukino household. Even one of the stories has Genma as Usagi's Uncle. But most of the time when they make a Relationship between SM and the Tendos it ends up being with Ami or Rei. All the other Senshi somehow get Saotome's or past friendships during the training trip.

Maybe someone will have to write one but the relationship isn't enough for a whole fic.

I know I've seen at least one like that. However, I don't remember what it was titled. Sorry. I don't think that was really the focus of the story though. I do remember that it was on fanfiction.net, though that's not much help is it? I'll have to think on this.
