A Slightly different Ranma

I'm asking for fics that fit this more for amusement purposes and please avoid the lemons. But I'm asking for links to fics with a confirmed Lesbian Ranma. One who after all Genma's Man amongst men nonsense finds the dip in Jusenkyo liberating and would rather not ever turn back to male form. One who likes girls romantically.

So any fics out there like that which don't go beyond Lime limits?

I guess I didn't express the hate of all things male enough. Including her male birth form. Not a real life lesbian but a stereotypical rip the balls off any guy to improve the species type.

It's been years (as it is for almost all cases) since I've read anything like that, and I can't recall a story that didn't go lemon or dark. It's especially hard with the male-hating qualifier, in particular.

Hrm... No... Can't think of an exception, like I was hoping for.

I think I'll store this idea away and write a story concerning it some century. Seems like we need more of its kind.

I didn't say anything about avoiding Dark fics. Or even keeping it completely clean just keeping it from being a lemon. It can have sex just not graphic depictions of it.

Well, I was assuming that, by dark, someone would guess that there would be rape in it. Since that would be a plot device that would give Ranma an understandable reason for a hatred of men. Depicted or not, it's not exactly everyone's cup of tea.

Then again, is it only restricted to Ranma coming to any such conclusion upon being cursed? Or can it happen down the road, too?

It was an example but I would prefer it if the reason for hating males were centered on Genma.

Sigh... most that I can think of don't meet all qualifications.

For example, one where Ranma chan was raped, it was by girls, not guys... thus the hatred aspect was completely skewed.

Another one with Ranma chan raped deals with a betrayal by a female before hand.

Another one with Ranma chan raped has Ranma holding the emotions in, but no longer liking contact with*any* humans, guys or girls.

Most of the others involve Ranma either speciifcally hating the individual guy that did it, or goes lemon.

As for hatred directed toward Genma.... most I've seen deal with Genma's treatment of others, not of Ranma, and Ranma hating him because of that.

Now... as for Ranma being a lesbian... most but not all go lemon route. I'd try the one by WFRose perhaps, though that one does not really take it seriously and goes for the pure comedy route.

There are tons that involve Ranma chan being lesbian under the influence of drugs or magic, and at least a couple that involve a change to succubus and lock.

A scene the *exact* opposite of what is desired in the old fanfiction story called 'Godlike', where male Ranma for a period decides the girls and Urd were wanting to sexually assalt him and thus wanted to avoid the female gender. A couple others follow in this pattern, like 'Mirrors Reflected', or 'Tattoon Ranma'

There are several other stories that take a milder form of that in that the girls have been conditioning him to dislike physical contact of any kind.

Edit: So even if I took away the Lemon restriction and said it had to be a Ranma who after going into the spring of drowned girl was a Lesbian who hated males so much she didn't even want to ever return to being one? And left it with just that would it still be too hard?

Pretty much... I knew it'd be pretty tough to begin with, since only Lesbian 1/2 was foremost in my mind, so I've been parting the cobwebs in my noggin and, well... Yeah... My memory's far from perfect, but I think I remember the lesbian stories pretty well... Since it's an interest of sorts. XD;;

Certainly there's no lack of stories where Ranma's a lesbian, both fundamentally (considers himself a girl (usually because she doesn't have a male past) and is a homosexual) and technically (because he's a heterosexual guy in a girl's body; the most common). Of course, since it's a sexual matter, lemons should be expected during the process of expressing lesbianism. But it really is that hatred of men clause that makes it hard to pinpoint a story out of tens of thousands, especially since there are many stories that are in circles that don't get the kind of exposure as the ones that end up on sites that act as hubs for general interests. Perhaps there's a story on a niche site that someone may recall... That might be the best that you can hope for, in this case.

I pretty much agree with Cresant Pulsar.

The hate only men clause is the deal killer... Ranma does not seem to be able to overly hate, to get to that point, there has to be an event to do it, in most fics that go down the road it has to be traumatic, meaning rape or extreme abuse.

But those that do that normally do not restrict it to only males. Or if they do... it is lemon material...

As for the spring, most stories to give a different personality... do so by actually putting someone in his head, either some else who drowned in the spring, or a crossover character. But most that take that approach use it as a vehicle to change his life, not change his sexual orientation.
