I know there are fics where Ranma is paired up with just about anyone and everyone. But are there any fics where Ranma is friends with Kodachi? It doesn't have to stay a friendship but so long as there is time with them being friends the story is what I am looking for in this search.

I'll honk my own horn here. Different Colors ends up with quite a firm friendship between Ranma, the Tendos, and the Kunos. It takes a while, but it starts in "A Curse of a Different Color".

Thats one of the odd problems. While Kodachi the Black Rose Yakuza boss is easy to remember there are some similarities making it hard to be sure what is going on with her in the other story. I seem to remember someone else's third wife wanted to be hers or something like that. ITs really hard to follow relationships after a certain point in that fic.

Kodachi and Ranma are friends not close friends, but friends in Couch trips. Kodachi is closer to Shampoo then she is Ranma. Given the super clan that formed Ranma at least forgave Kodachi for her trespasses.

There was one that attempted to mimic it, almost same plot and everything. It also cut off.

What annoyed me with the ebiris one though, was for a long time the author profile stated 'I'm not dead yet', then years later it was suddenly changed to 'I guess I am dead', or words to that effect.
