Naruto fanfiction search

hi,

a few years back i read a naruto fanfiction in which both naruto and Kyuubi are always knda reincarned again after they die, well not persay reincarned i think but take other the role of representive character in an alternate world.
both were somewhat twisted i think and in the fanficition naruto was currently a girl and kyuubi male.

hope someone knows the ff about which i talk.

First part make it sound a bit like some of the "Groundhog day" style fics, but none of those i know of have a girl Naruto so... Hmm...

they also had a bet before hand in which they quessed which gender they would be, if remember right naruto lost since he was once again a girl.
