So not. D:

I suppose? XD

Anyway, I tried to check out the anime No Game No Life last night. It's just 12 episodes, but I gave up after two and a half episodes. The series is about two shut in, hikikomori siblings, a brother and his 11-year-old sister. Both of them are so 'pro' at video games that they NEVER LOSE, and they eventually find themselves pulled into a fantasy world where EVERYTHING is decided through some kind of game.

It's crap. The main characters honestly come across as generally unlikable "We're so great we never lose' wastes of flesh, and the little sister is so blatantly just a little bag of typical moe flesh designed for that kind of appeal that it's annoying. Stupid characters, a bit of boob jiggle physics for no reason, panty shots, and just generally annoying.

Anyway, I decided to move onto watching Heartcatch Precure.

So you just discarded a bit of junkfood for the stereotype lovers that are into fan service.

I guess? I dunno. The series just annoys the heck out of me. The odd thing is, I also kind of like No Game No Life in a way. The art is great and the character designs are neat. I gave up watching it for the moment, but I might get back to it eventually since it's only 12 episodes, and I do prefer to finish what I start.

Oh yeah, also, one of the Precures in Heartcatch Precure is named Cure Blossom.

There wouldn't happen to be a Buttercup and Bubbles along side her would there?

I could have told you that it was crap without watching it. XD

I'm definitely liking Heartcatch Precure so far, and can see why it's considered to be one of the best of the franchise. Cure Marine and Blossom (currently the only two so far at the point I'm in) both have, in addition to physical attacks and their big monster finisher attacks, a wide set of their own skills they can use during their fights. Examples being Blossom's flower blizzard and flower tornado attacks, Marine's aqua attack, the balls of energy they can summon into their hands and slam into the villain, and a rather neat technique in which they stand back to back, clasp hands together, and let loose an explosion of magic all around themselves.

The weirdest thing, though, is how when they obtain a Heart Seed (Collected after dealing with the monster of the week/restoring a person to normal, and are collected to eventually restore the Heart Tree), they obtain it via one of the cute fairy mascots, who has to basically poop it out of her butt.

And on that note, Cure Blossom was obviously improvising in one fight when she shouted 'Blossom's Butt Punch!' and punched the monster of the week in the face... with a flying butt tackle. To which the villain was all "How do you punch with your butt?!"
