The usual fanfic has Ranma being somewhat okay with being a magical girl, that's boring. Are there any fics were Ranma completely hates it and tries to run away from it?

If "completely hate" is taken literally, I doubt such a story exists because that's a rather extreme stance. Now, if it were "doesn't like" and/or "avoid," I could think of at least one story off the top of my head...

I cannot think of the name, but in one Setsuna attempted to avoid burdening him with the transformation and past life.

And they would be runners up in this particular search, there are several were he actually is out to stop them... and in one assassinate several of them, and in another in a alternate future kills them... A couple where the government hires him to take tem out. They would but are not limited to include such stories as:

If you're going to mention fics where Ranma is hunting the Senshi, you should have mentioned "Vengeance and a Half" by Fire.
Not all of FIre's fics were posted to Pit of Voles, or posted in their entity, but this one was, I don't recall any more being available.

If you are referring to my post... I did not include Vengance and a Half because I did not care for it and do not track it, I *did* like his Evangelion cross, and he has a really neat WOT and Sailor Moon crossover with Ami stuck in the WOT universe. Neither of which apply here though.

If I included *all* the Ranma hates and targets senshi stories, whether I liked them or not, that list would be a lot longer. Another one was made by Lord Raa for example.

I wouldn't bother tracking, Fire hasn't posted an update since 2003, and I think I remember reading somewhere that he died, possibly in a car crash.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to locate the source for that.

Ehhh... I'm not mad... I was merely explaining why I did not include it.

In a lot of these more general searches or commentary I actually do not always give all possible stories I know, but only most of the ones to come quickly to my mind, which may or may not be all of them. That gives me more to give later if I want to, and it gives others something to give too. Also, despite what some think, I have *not* read everything out there.

Oh... and I track every story I read that I can as long as I can... and the authors of those stories... you never know when someone might update.

Well, if him not being interested in being a sailor senshi counts, and even tries to avoid becoming one, I suppose there's The Prospective Senshi. But it's a horrible story that I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy. I wouldn't risk reading it.
