Here we have a LARGE, furry angora bunny with yarn being spun directly from the bun. Bunny yarn is not necessarily the strongest, because the fur is much smoother than, say, wool. When we met Lisa she lived in the very small town of Amboy, Minnesota, where she had two businesses: a small cafe with startlingly good pie and soup; and down the street a store where she sells many things, including knit objects made from fur of this bunny. His name is Fernando, very large, and very placid. We own a beret made of bunny. This was during research for a mystery called Thai Die.
