I was not certain if it even was a DeLorean, and while I thought the Trooper (at least I think it's a Trooper) was a Jurassic Park guest transport, I wasn't sure at all. I haven't seen 'Park since... well, I think the video rentals still had VCRs to rent out.

The motorcycle and sidecar are I think from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

The Jurassic Park SUV on the top deck is what guests would have used for touring the park had it opened as scheduled. It was driver-less, electrically powered, and used an single embedded rail in the trackway for both guidance and power. (Spared no expanse.)

The jeep on the lower deck is an ordinary gas-powered unit that park staff used to get around the park.

Seeing the picture is named 'Gaston', and the french original name for the character is 'Gaston Lagaffe' (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaston_(comics)) I think that settles it.

Yep, same character; known here as Viggó viðutan (Viggo the senseless). He is a rather nice, inventive guy whose inventions range from not-quite-right to revolutionising -in-the-wrong-way.I need only mention his fast-drying anti-slip floor polish. Wenetian style bridge probably. Not expecting that to be a bridge in Venice itself, based on the car you can see parked on the other side behond it. While I know there is a ferry carrying cars over, the main island of Venice does NOT have sufficient room for cars, and is purely pedestrian area.
Been there three weeks ago, so speaking out of expirience here.
