I'm planning out a Spamville background story fanfic. One that'll include all the major players, be they recent or long past.
Story Arcs would include: The formation of Spamville: the original member cast.
When the violence started. The first casting of ICE 9.
The Sisterhood and the resultant fallout/war between them and the Brotherhood.
My transformation from Shapeshifter Lich-thing to what I Spam as today.
The several changes to Spamville.
The wedding. (You all know what I'm talking about)
The dissappearance of Terra and the death of Black Dragon.
Spamville Uniting against the threat of the Hacker. And then the remainder of the disappearances. Of the original cast, only a few remain active posters.
Himitsu, me, Neko-, Acey and Wargiver, Pat too, I guess. Sure there have been new characters added in, such as Screwball, Delta-Theta, and DIO (Along with others I've neglected to mention), but our original crew will not be forgotten.
If you have anything to add that may help me in this quest to write out the history of Spamville, feel free. Acey is doing the comics, I'll do the backstory.

Mostly it'll focus around one character in each story arc. However I will have scenes from the point of views of the others. I'd at least like a minor background for most newbies.

Ellf here's Light's back ground for your use.
Light/Miho-chan: Background, a genentically engeerneerd Masu being made by Washu as an assistant, one such experiement was trying to figure out how the 'Mihoshi factor' worked, apon learning to the springs of Jusenkyo she aquired some drowned girl water and got a Mihoshi to almost drown in it thus making Drowned Mihoshi water after splashing Light with it she made a fail safe that can give Light controle of his cursed form (take pretty much a hard blow to the head). Abilities, Light as the ablity to use subspace holes of Washu's designe in side them are various weapons of mass destruction (all of course Washu-tech). Miho-chan...well the famed Mihoshi factor and a GP issue pistol. Personality, Light is a bit of an odd ball (he's been around Washu so go fig), he tends to go for more flash and bang with his style. Miho-chan well it Mihoshi what more do you need.

Which incarnation are we talking about here? Spamville was destroyed (along with the universe) a few times (I recall that hacker-wimp that killed off the forums, and the recent server issues). If it's the first incarnation... Boring bit. I wasn't there

This is a forum featuring curses. I can testify to one of 'm. So you're gonna deal with every person individually reviewing how they got cursed/evolved to where they are now? Could make for quite a bit of reading material. Would help (in some instances tho) to have a backup copy of the forums somewhere to review I suppose :/

Nothing readily to add, but I suppose as the story progresses people will come around and add in bits and pieces that may or may not spawn completely new story arcs. I'm curious on this one for sure.

Well since you where here from most of the begining Ellf, you know most of the story of the formation of the brotherhood by Truk and I and the start of the wars with the sisterhood ect ect. Feel free to PM and e-mail any questions you have though.

Well, I shouldn't be hard to write. It's all evil, and deserves to be destroyed! Unfortunately, Spamville doesn't seem to be cooperating. Of course, I enter fairly late
And remember, Terra returned for a while before the universe ended (again). Doesn't seem to have reappeared, though.

(To be honest, I remember when it first became Spamville... Before then it was just the General Discussion board where spam was allowed.)

well if you need my history and recent history here goes:
Started out with an attempt to turn myself into a gundam. I managed with Jusenkyo and human sized gundam model. After I gained my Gundam form I upgraded to its first true incarnation, the Freedom Gundam. Its shield armor blocked transformations. Along with my own mech, the Fanfic Gundam I came to Spamville. Along the way I was a general chaos spreader, mostly as minor Hobby, when the Brotherhood/Sisterhood war Broke out I played both sides against each other, but mostly sided with the sisterhood. I ultimately put up my Nyanniichuan orbital delivery system in place at about this time and gave a remote activation switch to Stacy, in responce to Stratagemini's Ice 9. I even turned him into what recently became a generic Tenticle Demon Akane.
After the Hacker attack and the boards regenesised I Inspired and drug the old Brotherhood back together, only to have them walk off again before reuniting without me. We protested the general fukuing, and were promptly ignored and miniskirted anyway. The worst sacralige that was done was the placing the pink skirt on Black Dragon. I gained more power, which was on par with everyone else. With my tech, came at last minions. I abused my Jusenkyo access to make an army of Amazons, I also rid myself of my human form
Things mostly went quiet up until the second impact. During the down time I stagered and lived within IRC but safety didn't exist there. An accident occured that sent my base to outside a place of a single Magical girl, single defining her, and her court's relationship status, not quantity. I thought I was safe, until I noticed an accident occured and I gained a Bishonen form. Now I stay in my uncursed form, my gundam form. Fortunatly for me my cursed form requires hot water to activate. I also created Demons based on the various Tendos to do my bidding: Tenticle Demon Akane, Lawyer Shark Demon Nabiki, Sailor Dark Gundam Demon Kasumi (name still not finalized and rated as the most dangerous of all 4), and finally Crying Demon Soun, with its four crying heads.
That is what i can remember. I hope it helps.

Ok, I gated in and joined the fight with that Kasumi demon, then had the universe colapse on my head.
Oddly enough that was the 4th or 5th time I had one colapse on me... It hurts and then you have to find a new world or two...

Can't for the heck of me remember when I dropped into Spamville. Must've been whacked on the head by Himitsu one too many times.
*makes a mental note to bash Himitsu when applicable*
Most memorable moment was the fact that Himitsu was solely responsible for ending me up with my curse.
He was trying to dig his way into Hell for whatever insane reason (does he need one), and decided I as a kitty made a good shovel. Mouths full of dirt don't agree with me, so some innocent root that happened to be in the way got bitten by me, effectivly stopping any use of the 'shovel' Himitsu had.
Then he proceeded to kill the root with a localized Dragon Slave spell... Which incinerated the root... Which was in my mouth. Which prompted me to dive into a nearby stream for some fire extinquishing.
Said stream however got cursed with girl-water due to some Ice 9 spell by Stag gone bad, which mixing in with the residual magic of the Dragon Slave resulted in my cursed form - That being a catgirl.
Needless to say, I sought revenge on Himitsu for making me female. Mostly I was looking for warm water sources, and trying to pull some masculine clothes from the subspace pocket the curse granted me.
Eventually Stacy took a liking to me, and I got promoted to avatar for her. Which gives me some more abilities in the catgirl form. Which is probably why I spend so much time in it nowadays. GAH! Himitsu is right. Stacy got to me on the girlification.
*concentrates briefly, and a flash of light later, a kitty is once more sitting on the ground*
Right... better. Atleast this form is male. Too bad it has some drawbacks, but I can live with those aslong as Himitsu acts normal... Which is rare, I agree.
