Damn that's a tiny picture......
Looks to be a short dark purple/black haired girl in a maroon colored school uniform on top of a male teacher/student...he's got blond or brown hair I believe... I have no clue unless I can get a better pic or resolution... I can't even tell if the girl's eyes are closed or not.
Looks to be fairly recent though.. maybe 2002-2003....
Comedy? Romance should be involved.. maybe school life.. I have no clue.

Umm... Can I get a magnifying glass with that pic?
Looking at it on this size gives me far too little detail. I've tried looking uphair colors or uniforms before, and it's a task that mostly leads to nothing. So I need the detail to atleast get some grasps to search for...
Either the magnifying glass or a clue would be nice (and no... I don't know what kind of anime you watch specifically... I just know what I watch
