Speaking of the Brig. how about a fuku based on his two UNIT uniforms or from Nicholas Courtney's role as an Earth Security Officer from the Dalek's Master Plan (here's a colourised clip from this, mostly missing, serial that I found on youtube showing Nicholas Courtney and another security officer)? If you don't think it's in bad taste (I'm kind of torn myself but since you're doing the Doctor doing UNIT as well is kind of natural extension).

On the Third Doctor Fuku: How about doing an alternate colour version with using a lighter colour?

On the First Doctor Fuku: I get that the ribbons are black to represent his coat but it might look better if you switched the ribbon's and body suit's colours.

You might as well have Akane be #2. Edit: Just get rid of the Pigtail, I can picture Ranma complaining he got turn into Akane.

I like the revised Doctor #1 better, you can now even see the light filtering through the monicol.

And #4....I hate that smile but it suits that version of the Doctor perfectly.

Might be a ridiculous suggestion but the edit on the first doctor has me thinking it might work better with the gloves changed. The way they are now they only slightly go with the hair and skirt... But I'm not entirely sure what to suggest for the change. My first thought was to use the color and pattern from the bows but that doesn't seem quite right either...

Hmm, if I recall correctly there isn't supposed to be any blue in #6's on screne costume.

For #1, how about just removing the gloves?

As for the shoes they're supposed to be a green hue - they may have shifted color when I shrank the image.
