True, but I couldn't think of any other times shown to judge how weak Ranma was. My point was Ranma seemed to go from Z-Fighter level strength to Mr.Satan level strength as I recall.

If that first scene with the toddler is any indication, Mr. Satan could arm wrestle Ranma with just his pinkie finger and win.

Yet, at the end of the arc Ranma was able to lift a backpack that had to wiegh alot. I went over the scene and I don't think both pages of it where slap stick. Ranma seems to have normal if above average strength.

In the meantime, here's a new twist to the story that might make it even more interesting; Ranma *never* claims the cure for the moxibustion because Happosai burned it with the rest of his garbage. This would involve a lot of angst on Ranma's part until he encounters the senshi in some manner and observes how they fight; they may be almost universally useless in melee, but at a distance they're lethal beyond words.

This needs to be developed more, but I think it would be really interesting to see Ranma fighting like a Senshi; using his speed to keep him out of melee and pummeling youma/daimons/Ryoga/etc with an arsenal of ranged ki attacks.

I saw some recent anime that had a girl who need a kiss to transform, so I thought how I could use this against Ranma.

here is my idea on that:

The Sailor Senshi's henshin rods are damaged/destroyed. So they need to apply a spell to someone that will cause them to have the same effect as the henshin rod, a side effect is that they can teleport to near that person. As such Ranma, either advertantly or inadvertantly ends up linked to Jupiter (she is the martial artist of the "inner group") All the fiancees would see is her headed (quickly) to Ranma, or leaving him, then disappearing around a corner. To further the twist have Shampoo catch them and tell the others, but she didn't mention the change of clothes since she didn't know the significance of it.

Ranma/Sweet Valerian (Sweet Valerian is a series composed of 3:30 episodes, and character designs done by Clamp. Bacically, it's about three girls who get chosen by a little blue panda to become super heroes, but their superhero forms could be considered 'Powerpuff Bunnies')

So onto two different forms of the idea. Ranma could somehow get roped into becoming one of those 'Powerpuff Bunny' thingies. Things could possibly go REALLY off the wall from there.

The other form of idea is always the 'Ranma falls into a different spring'. Ranma would then completely panic and fly off in random directions.

Not necessarily the evil kind, but the chaos in Ranma's life? Something a little more solid, IMO, than some of the other "reasons" I've seen behind it.

Ranma awakens after finally killing someone, at least, in his mind.....(please, don't argue semantics, I know Saffron wasn't really killed)

And Eris manipulates it so that she comes out to play....

Chaos ensues, and potential crossoverness with one of the amazonian artifcacts...after all, Eris is featured in Wonder Woman...

It's possible yes, but tying in Norse and Greek could be a bit of a chore, I'm lacking on information on how the two correspond..but I suppose it's something to think about.

Ranma _doesn't_ have any tie to some other ancient love....but the woman, be it Pluto, Hild, Ryoko..._whoever_, falls in love with him anyways.

Norse and Greek gods do not always correspond. Some Norse gods do not even have a set alignment or domain that we truly know of since we have so very little to tell us about them in general.

That might be kinda tricky; I'm not very familiar with the asteroid senshi but their backstory would make turning one of them into Ranma fairly difficult; how does Ranma plausably become a part of the Dead Moon Circus? I never saw the end of SuperS so I don't know what became of them, but they were Chibi-Usa's bodyguards in Crystal Tokyo; having Ranma as a part of the reincarnated Quartet might do the trick assuming you want to completely throw the Ranma 1/2 storyline out the window.

Maybe you could have the Asteroids reawaken early to protect Chibi-Usa from some threat the other senshi can't handle, and one of the girls is mortally wounded, forcing her to transfer her powers to Ranma's Star Seed.

Yeah, it would be a very tricky thing to do, but could at the same time prove a little interesting in some way.

A possibility would be that Ranma was reborn as one, and was inactive as such. Neherenia could have sensed it within the martial artist. It could go slightly anywhere from there.

actully you could have a SM crossover with this, remember the name of the dwarf planet beyond Pluto is Eris. It would be just like this goddess to make Ranma a senshi just to confuse the other senshi

Diana (Luna and Artemis's Daughter) is Ranma's reincarnation... and she accidently gets splashed with drowned boy water during one of Ranma's failed cure attempts.

I actually like that idea, WarGiver. Wow, just think of it. Diana gaining some past memories from being Ranma and suddenly kicking butt in martial arts and actual Neko-ken. I can just see it... Diana and a few others decide to travel to Nerima for some odd reason -- Happosai confused for a monster or something -- when the wedding fiasco is going on. Diana goes off to investigate, and the casket of nannichuan(sp?) flies off and breaks, spilling the contents on her. Boy Diana would look around the age that Diana would look in her humanoid form, and 'he' would still have silver hair. Interactions with the Nerima crew would happen, and things would go from there.

IT'S A MASTERPIECE IN THE MAKING!!!

Somebody NEEDS to do it. That idea, and hopefully somebody works up ideas for the astroid Senshi.

I have too many stories on my plate as is, and I don't want to start doing others. Why must my imagination taunt me so?!
