Saiyan Hibiki Ryouga

I was reading a story recently where Ranma was lied to and told he was Saiyan to trick him into going along with a rather lame plot twist. The whole time I kept thinking that of anyone in Ranma 1/2 Ryouga seems the most likely to be Saiyan. So I was wondering Are there any fics out there which have him as one? Preferably without Ryouga having had to fall into a spring of drowned Saiyan.

In it Ranma takes the place of Gohan in that he is Goku's son. Ryouga finds the dragon balls and to get revenge on Ranma who is heaps more powerful than him turns himself into a demi-saiyajin.

Only fic I ever came across that stands out is a parody mega-cross where everyone is related to someone else regardless of the source anime's. Can't remember the exact name but it was only two or three chapters and was never intended to be finished.

Ryouga and Mihoshi were brother/sister, and Mishoshi got to Super Saiyajin just to get the blonde hair.

In GxP Mihoshi's mom does appear to have the Hibiki translocation gift. If you could describe more of the story maybe a link could be found.

Think it was Greg. Nabiki was Xellos' daughter, Ranma and Tenchi were cousins. It was a family reunion at the Misaki shrine.
