[R/SM/?] Missing senshi crosss (not fuku fic)

I've been trying to find this fic for weeks now, I think it was in the index when we had honorable mentions.

what I can remember is that Ranma discovered he had a long lost sister (put up for adoption as they could not afford 2 children) however both of them have issues with them, Ranma's is the Neko-ken (I think). I remember only that they publicly disowned Nodoka and Genma, and when Sailor Moon went to purge something from Ranma, either the curse or the neko-ken Pluto came running trying to stop them, and Ranma identified her as Cologne before his sister identified her as a familiar face to her too.

Basically an over controling pluto fic

If it helps the sister speaks very properly and refers to ranma's way of speaking as an "uncouth barbarian" she also had a katana which led to an arguement with Nodoka as Nodoka wanted her daughter to wield the family honor blade, however she wanted her daughters treasured blade in return.

I would greatly appreciate any thoughts on this.

You need to look under both the Curse of Destiny, for chapters 0-2, and under teasers for a partial chapter 3.

I loved that story, wish he had continued it. Oh well.

EDIT1: Oh, and it is a 'Adventures of Kotetsu' crossover. One of the only stories I've ever read in all of fan fiction with that character and series.

EDIT2: for that matter, I had wished the series of 'Adventures of Kotetsu' had continued longer, good music, nice characters, good setup, nice backdrop. In a similar vien to Ikkitousan, every battle has the characters losing their clothes. Still have my bought copy of the series.
