Quick comment: anything that disables Minako-container's ability to move under power effectively traps Usagi... such as EMP or the magical equivalent, disenchantment, removing or blocking or draining Minako's (magical) power supply or the control thereof, or any back-door shutdown Ami included that she, her henchgirls, Murdock, or any other competent surveillance knows about, since Minako's still working with hardware Ami set up.

[Yup. It seems less and less armor and more of a... prison. The long term effects of having Usagi trapped when combined with the training, and operant conditioning are... interesting.

[Now in theory Usagi could supply power to the Minako aspect and keep that running.
[She could also in theory redo Minako and try to root whatever legacy controls Ami or anyone else would have put in Minako.

[Unfortunately, Usagi's the kind of person to accept any new "power-up"
