Salem Saberhagen impersonates a Moon Cat, becomes the PBtT

I'm wondering if anybody has ever had it so that Salem Saberhagen from Sabrina: The Teenage Witch somehow gets a Crescent Moon tattooed on his forehead for the purpose of inserting himself into the Sailor Senshi. He sews the seeds of doubt with Usagi on Luna's competence as well as Pluto's motivations and convinces her to make him her chief adviser. Thus, he uses his knowledge of military tactics to help train the Senshi and eventually helps her establish Crystal Tokyo. Salem manipulates Usagi, now Neo-Queen Serenity into making him the High Chancellor (or something, maybe Prime Minister) with Usagi effectively a figurehead with Salem the real Power Behind The Throne.

Just a crazy idea, I wonder if it's been done. Usagi is something of an idealistic idiot with a heart of gold, and I can just picture somebody like Salem manipulating her like that.

If it has never been done before, feel free to adopt the idea.

I never really watched Sabrina but for a few episodes here and there (I was of the age group of that actresses first show) but still this idea sounds fun. A cat that is familiar with actual magic and it's uses rather then giving a untrained girl a gun would be interesting indeed. I could see him teaching all of them some non-traditional spells and the like and making them far more effective. Your idea of then having him co-opt paradise neat idea...And so the cat cursed magician will rule the world. I think you should go for this it'd be a lot of fun to read.

I must agree, everything goes better with cats. Better check this out with Rhett Butler, first, because he's not a cat to be lightly ignored.

That would be in character for him too, for thoes who don't know he WAS turned into a cat for a world domination attempt. In the series he also started a civil war on Pluto (which would be just fun to play with in a Sailor Moon cross) although it was a misguided attempt to reunite with Sabrina, if you are going to pull this that is one thing you need to deal with, even if arbitrarily.
