Combining Uniforms, How to make a Fuku similar to this?

I think a real challenge would be to do all the Mattel Masters of the Universe characters. Just imagine how hard it would be to do Orko or Trap Jaw. How do you Senshi-ize Hordak or Troopers of the Horde? Not to mention allot of the toys were made and marketed before the cartoon designs were finalized so they sometimes include some extra outlandish gear choices.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll think about, but she is already wearing something close to a fuku as it is. ( that's the objection to doing Senshi SuperGirl,too,)

I don't know about those shoes/boots on Senshi Ranma Ranma. Doesn't Ranma normally wear Chinese slippers? If so, you could go with slippers, and matching ribbons spiraling up the leg, cross-gartered.

Black shoes with white socks - the heels are just a whim as most of the canon Senshi seem to be high heeled. As Ryoga is the one who usually wears the cross-garters, she gets to wear them in the above pic.
