There's also one old story I don't remember the name of. Apparently the cursed forms are immortal while the normal forms age normally. The story starts after the Jusenkyo victims' normal forms have been dead for a long time.

As I recall, the Anime Addventure has two threads like this: Sif-chan and Addicted to Love (not worksafe).

Edit: IIRC, Sif-chan is worksafe, unless you're a demoness with the name Mara. It also contains some pseudo-Senshi.

I remember that one where Ranma-chan lived in a house of diamonds with all the immortal cursed forms. I think it was suppose to end up a DBZ cross or something like that but I'm not sure if I even finished reading the whole first chapter in it.

Well, Destiny's Child by Fire is the second one, but it doesn't really count since he can turn into Ranma-kun and does so repeatedly during the story. It is one of the original, great fukufics though.

I recall the DBZ crossover one Spokavriel and zippinus mentioned (from what I remember they are talking about the same fic) but have not the foggiest idea as to the name or who wrote it. A few other faint recollections come to mind but nothing I could put a title or author to.

Don't know if this one quite counts, but Death Reborn Evolution is pretty close to those criteria. It has Ranma dying and being reborn as a girl.

On both of those stories Ranma completely dies and is reborn a girl. I could have sworn there were a few fics where magic is used to split Ranma's halves and before the end the Male side is killed. I think there's even a Senshi crossover where Ranma is really the reincarnation of 2 people. The Male one from the past though having been evil.

That sounds alot like Destiny's Child, which was linked above. Ranma represents two reincarnations in that, though the male one isn't evil, just mildly insane. Though on second thought I do seem to recall Pluto and Luna being convinced he was evil throughout the fic. The only thing about it that might not fit the criteria is that the split isn't until the last few chapters.
